Found in McDonalds on Happy Meal Boxes. To enter without making a purchase, entrants must clearly and legibly print their and their parent/legal guardian's name, address, postcode and the entrant's age in block capitals on a plain piece of paper and print the above certification to be signed by the entrant's parent or legal guardian. The entry should then be posted in a properly stamped (franking is not acceptable) hand written envelope addressed to the following address: McDonald's Girls Aloud/HMV Free Prize Draw, P.O Box 100, Blackburn BB1 1GR. This draw is open to residents no younger than five (5) years of age on 30th August 2006 and no older than twelve (12) years of age on 26th September. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day and of one entry per envelope. |
